We had the cheese, meat, and muhamara fatayer, and they were absolutely delicious! The meat fatayer especially reminded us of the ones we used to have in Damascus. The dough and filling were spot on! We also tried the basboosa, and it was perfect not too sweet and so light! This place also has a seating area that looks like an old food court.

We went to al Shami as a family - the baklava was amazing - fresh and baked to perfection. The owner was gracious and also gave us a coffee on the house.

Some of the best pastries and desserts I’ve had in a long time. A master baker, for sure! You can taste the love that goes into each item! They are located INSIDE a mostly-vacant shopping center so for first-timers it might be tricky to find but it’s there, so don’t give up because it’s very much worth it!

I brought my boyfriend for his birthday as a surprise since we been wanting to try baklava and this popped up first on my search , but let me say we have been coming back ever since !! Today we got something different , we tried the Bird Nest Kunfafa , which were really good and we also tried a piece of the Knahef and it was really good as well ,perfect amount of sweet , taste is just right ! I highly recommend !

This was a great experience. I called before going in and they said that everything will be ready by 5 PM so we arrived around 5 PM and everything was fresh and ready to go. We tried most of items except one. we had to buy the entire thing and we didn’t wanted to do that. I will definitely get it next time. You guys need to give this place a try if you want some delicious Arabic sweets. Halal and great customer service 🫶
